Please
take your time reading these rules. If you have
questions or concerns regarding the daycare, please call
me at once.

period for your child(ren). Occasionally a child may not
fit into the daycare environment. If after we discuss
the problem and a solution cannot be found a (1)
one-week notice of termination will be given so you may
find alternative care for your child(ren)
2. Termination of Care - If at any time you
wish to remove your child(ren) from my care, a (2)
two-week written notice must be given. If a written
notice is not provided you will be responsible for
payment. I also reserve the right to terminate due to
non-payment, continued late payments or any other
irreconcilable differences. You will also be given a (2)
two-week notice if the circumstance warrants one.
3. Discipline - If at any time disciplinary
action must be taken with your child(ren) he or she will
be made to site in a "Time Out" chair until they can
resume play. There will be no physical discipline used
in my home. If your child(ren) display continued
disciplinary problems on a daily basis, I will discuss
the situation with you and try to find a suitable
solution. If a solution cannot be reached and
unacceptable behavior continues care may be terminated
under the conditions set in number (2) two. Note: I will
not tolerate the use of profanity in my home by children
or parents.
4. Health - Maryland laws prohibits me from
caring for sick children in my home. If your child(ren)

child(ren). The Provider is allowed (6) six paid sick
days per year. Any sick days after the sixth will not be
charged to you unless vacation days are used.
